Staff were very friendly, hotel was immaculate. We had the kids menu cheese and ham toastie but without the ham. The location is great. The rooms are fine for a 4 star hotel although the A/C is set to a default of 25 degrees which means it’s uncomfortable for sleeping. The Hardy’s bar snacks menu is surprisingly much smaller than the room service snack menu and there are no options for vegetarians, there is no option to go off menu.
The free breakfast was delicious and expansive with a nice view of the city from the top floor dining room.
