Poor communication from upper management who is out of touch with New York City Schools, the level of diversity in them, misconceptions about New York City students, and the actual rigor of Common Core testing characterize this organization. Saga manage to keep things simple and sensible without the inbuilt paranoia that many companies have nowadays.

Site Directors utilize the core concepts and language used during training to refine and develop each Fellow throughout the entire year so that they can rise to become incredible instructors despite their level of experience.

I purchased my policy online, but needed to call them to clarify something, and their adviser Holly was great - she answered my questions really well ... and the online experience was smooth and seamless too. Do not be fooled by their responses or the company culture they promise. I find it a relief to answer straightforward questions and quickly get things sorted without going through an inquisition. Keep in mind, half the managers do not have math teaching experience. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing my kids get excited about learning something new, or being trusted with sensitive information because they know how much I care about them.
